How chinese hackers earn money

While chinese products are flooding more and more countries, chinese hackers also flood internet with trojan horse. One of the victims was Google, whose some pages were hijacked. The attack was originated in China, resulted in the “theft of intellectual property from Google”. Users who open the pages will infected with the trojan horse, thus the virus spread quickly throughout the world.

This way make Google reluctant to continue its business with China? Looking at the size of potential users in China, I think Google should consider the decision again. Google should improve its security system employing new approach, thus make chinese internet user more convinient rather than leaving it.  Chinese internet-literate community also need to be addressed and facilitated in certain way without breaking the law.

Hackers activity mostly motivated by money rather than leasure. At first they interested with the challanges, then realize that they can  yearn a lot of bucks using easy activities. Vote “Nothing Wasted” in BBC World Challenge 2009

nothing wasted bbc world challenge 2009“Nothing Wasted” enables people to compost organic waste from traditional markets. “Nothing Wasted” aims to convert waste produced from traditional market to be affordable high quality fertilizer for farmers. Everyday, traditional markets in Indonesia produces tonnes of waste which about 70 to 90 per cent is organic matters. Since it began in 2007, “Nothing Wasted” has been introduced to more than 30 districts throughout Indonesia.
Now, the program of “Nothing Wasted” is nominated in BBC World Challenge 2009. It is in the nomination which comprise of 12 programs from various countries. All candidates has been selected from 900 participants. This is why you should vote for “Nothing Wasted” on BBC World Challenge 2009:

ClimateLab: a wiki site of climate change issues

climatelabWiki technology enables people to develop knowledge sharing system. If it managed properly, wiki technology could develop a credible sources that always check and recheck by relevant experts from any institution with different perspectives.

I note that the power of  wiki is the openness, it availability for people to share and confirm with others. However, it also addresses variance of data sources.  Someone could become contributor if he has sources, experiences or authority.  So called organization and university are important sources in a high level science issue such climate change.

I see ClimateLab has critical position amidst the growing issue of climate change.
