A recent air pollution study, State of the Air 2010 finds that 58 percent of Americans – more than 175 million – live in areas with unhealthy levels of air pollution. The report list some cities with their state on air pollution. Air pollution can cause a host of alarming symptoms, ranging from shortness of breath and asthma attacks, to chest pain, heart attacks, and even premature death
One of the deadly disease linked with air pollution is lung cancer. According to American Lung Association, lung cancer is the second-most commonly diagnosed cancer in both men and women. Lung cancer still the most common cause of cancer death.
