Getting involved in contest is fun.  I notice some contests that you may participate it which is easy and it takes only little time. If you lucky, you could win interesting prizes such cash, free domain name with one-year free web hosting and else.  A struggle could be needed to get the top, but some others is just casual remark of blog walking.

Contests are varying depend on who launch it. As internet users, or the citizen of internet world (I remember some words just like the citizen of confederation in Starship Troopers, cmiiw:)) you may participate all that contests.

Blogging contest

A new year blogging contest is being conducted by young Indonesian blogger, Indrameissa. I’ve noticed, this is one cheapest way of various back link building.  Instead of submitting to paid-engine  to increase popularity, bloggers prefer to build links with another sites through such contests.

I list some type of contests.  One-way contest is a type of contest creating one way link between provider and its participants. Participants don’t have to put another participants’ link into their  post.  Assorted links is another type blogging contets.  This contest spreads through invitation-like shared out by previous participants to another bloggers.   Previous bloggers will put name of another bloggers  to answer  simple questions such, “What’ve you done in last weekend?” or  “what things make you happier?”. The assorted blogging contest seems build more links and therefore more bloggers are involved.

Smart blogging

I put this title post just like Zemanta‘s branding. Zemanta is one of the recent blogging tools sites used by thousand bloggers. Now days, there are many blogging sites provided to enhance blogging activism as well as commercial chances. Thus, blogging is now easier than before.

In my previous post, I noticed a tool used to search broken links. LinkTiger is very useful since our site are linked by another sites. Day by day links are increase as well as time taken to maintain the sites. A tool is needed to make our work efficient.
